Questions about pricing
Is there a contract?+
No. Memberships are month to month. Text us that you want to pause or stop and that is the whole process — there is no cancellation fee and nobody will call you to talk you out of it.
What does the price cover?+
One cart, cleaned inside and out — walls, floor, lid and rim — disinfected, sanitized, deodorized and finished with a citrus treatment. Additional carts on the same visit are $5 each.
Why is monthly cheaper per wash than quarterly?+
Because a bin cleaned every month never gets bad. Quarterly and on-demand cleans take longer and use more water, so they cost more per visit even though you pay less over a year.
How do I pay?+
Call or text and we will set it up. Memberships are billed on the schedule you pick; a one-time on-demand clean is paid at the visit.
What do driveways, house washing and gutters cost?+
Those are quoted on site, because square footage and condition change the number too much to publish a flat rate honestly. The quote is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
